Bukit Aman’s Integrity and Standard Compliance Department (JIPS) Director, Comm Datuk Jalaluddin Ab Rahman says, it would be impossible to achieve a sufficient level of integrity if the foundation (standard compliance) is not full proof. He said that during an interview with The Star at the Police Headquarters in Bukit Aman.
