Nagoya is the deep fried food capital of Japan- this is a city which works hard and eats hard! Nagoya is an industrial powerhouse of Japan and its cuisine is hearty, salty, robust and filling. In this video we take on some of Nagoya's most famous deep fried foods from misokatsu, to ebi-sando to tebasaki (deep fried chicken wings).
