Perikatan Nasional candidate Kasim Samat, a registered voter in the Pelangai state constituency, fulfilled his duty to vote today.
Kasim cast his ballot this morning for the Pelangai by-election and was one of the earliest voters.
The other two candidates, Umno’s Amizar Abu Adam and independent candidate Haslihelmy DM Zulhasli, are not voters in Pelangai.
