Katy Perry Opens Up About 'Situational Depression'and talks all about her relationship With Orlando Bloom
She opens up big time
Katy Perry opened up big time in Vogue Australia’s latest issue. She talks about everything from her relationship with God to her situational depression. When talking about her faith, Katy revealed that since entering her 30s, she has become QUOTE “more about spirituality and heart wholeness.” She even admitted that her mom had been hoping she’s return to her faith, but said "I never left Him, I was just a little bit secular. I was more materialistic and more career-driven.
Katy also opened up about 2017, which was apparently a tough year for her, saying QUOTE "I have had bouts of situational depression and my heart was broken last year because, unknowingly, I put so much validity in the reaction of the public, and the public didn’t react in the way I had expected to … which broke my heart," She also revealed that a retreat she went on last January at the Hoffman Institute gave her “a new foundation.”
Katy even gave us a little insight into her relationship with Orlando Bloom but made it clear she doesn’t want her relationship in the spotlight. Saying, QUOTE. "Of course, I love my relationship, but that is one part of me, and I don’t want any part of what I do to be diminished."
