Kedah MCA deputy chairman Datuk Dr Leong Yong Kong has resigned from the party in protest after the PAS' Private Members Bill on hudud was allowed to be tabled in Parliament.He said that he would leave it to the MCA president and the Kedah Mentri Besar to decide on his state exco position, and would remain as Gurun assemblyman.
