Umno Youth leader Dr Muhamad Akmal Saleh has refused to apologise to Nga Kor Ming for offering to school the latter on Malayan history.

This is concerning the housing and local government minister’s proposal for Chinese new villages to be recognised as Unesco World Heritage Sites.
