This video salutes a surprising spirit right on the streets of Malacca on a drizzling day. Yes, it is a Caucasian women with her trolley of bins going from street to street in the heart of historic Malacca picking and collecting leftover garbage that can be recycled. We salute her effort and indeed it is something we Malaysians should follow and practice. The drizzle doesn't stop her, neither the traffic. That's what we called leading by example.
