Kendall Jenner’s court case against her alleged stalker has officially reached a conclusion, and it may just raised a few eyebrows.
The verdict is in and Kendall’s alleged stalker is found……… NOT guilty? Uh, what gives?!
It was only a mere two months ago when Kendall Jenner arrived at her house after at night to find her three-time alleged stalker Shavaughn McKenzie, sitting on her driveway with his head in between his knees, leaving Kendall scared for her life.
Earlier this month Kendall testified in court against him, and E! News has just confirmed that a California judge has officially ruled that Shavaughn is NOT guilty of misdemeanor stalking, however, he will be sentenced with a trespassing charge.
During the hearing, Kendall recalled the experience, explaining that she felt something was off when she arrived back to her home to find him there, saying QUOTE, “I was crying, I was screaming, I was freaking out. I didn't know what his intentions were. I was freaking out. I was frightened for sure. I never got out of my car. I was terrified. I was literally traumatized. I started honking at him and I just wanted to make sure I saw wherever he went. He got out of the gate and I drove down the hill.”
Kendall also revealed to the judge that she proceeded to tell Shavaughn to leave the property when she then realized she had seen him on two other occasions outside her home in the past.
She concluded her statement by reiterating that, “This is not how I want to be living. I really don't feel safe in my own house...I'm already the kind of person who's on edge.”
Hmm, so finding the same person sitting outside your home on three separate occasions now? Sounds like a straight up stalker to me, but who am I to judge. But I want to know what you guys think about the ruling… do you think he should’ve been charged with stalking?
