Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim says its premature to discuss whether or not the Kinrara-Damansara Expresswy (Kidex) will be built as the Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA) had yet to inform the Selangor government on the details of the highway.
