Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom's Divorce to Finally Be Official

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom and FINALLY, Officially divorced.
Khloe and Lamar have finally ended their marriage in the eyes of the law, which means the two are now legally single.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kardashian and Odom’s marriage will officially end Dec. 17. Is it just me or did anyone else think the whole divorce thing had already happened?!
That’s probably because Khloe had originally filed for divorce in December 2013, but she decided to put the divorce proceedings on hold after Lamar was found unconscious in a brothel due to an overdose. She vowed to help him get his health back on track, and once he did, she re-filed for divorce two years later in May. It seemed like Lamar wasn’t ready to just give up on his marriage to Khloe just yet at that point, but after a time he agreed and the pair moved on with their separate lives, remaining friends during the divorce process.
And speaking of moving on, Khloe has already gotten ahead of the game in that respect, as she’s been dating 25-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers star Tristan Thompson since early September, and things seem to be going well for the loved-up couple! Khloe’s been seen sporting his NBA championship ring on social media, and they even spent Thanksgiving together. Khloe’s also flown out to support him at numerous games, so it’s pretty safe to say that things are definitely getting serious between the two.
As for Lamar, it sounds like he’s doing a lot better these days, with one source telling People Magazine QUOTE, “He knows he needs to be in a good place to stay healthy...A lot of what happened last year is a blur for Lamar but he knows he almost didn’t make it. There are so many people still rooting for Lamar — he’s a good guy. But it’s been very hard for him to keep his demons in check. He’s had a hard life.”
Well we’re just glad to hear both stars are doing well and are finally able to officially and legally move on with their lives.
