Yeah the headlines just keep pouring out from the Kardashian/Jenner family. Just when you thought they couldn’t get MORE famous and snag MORE headlines, somehow they do. It’s mind blowing. But this time, the big announcement is one that Kim is actually trying to keep secret! Looks like someone spilled the beans early that Kim is pregnant with TWINS. One source claims, QUOTE “Kim has told a handful of people that she had in vitro and that two eggs were fertilized. She is waiting to see if they both ‘stick’ before she makes any kind of announcement. She has to wait and see if they are both OK. And she is waiting to get an OK from her doctor that both the fertilized eggs are healthy.” What ISN’T a secret is that Kim and Kanye struggled to get pregnant.
