New details have emerged from Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery including HOW she escaped and HOW this was likely an inside job.
There are still many unanswered questions about Kim’s attackers but here’s everything we know SO FAR.
As we learn all the horrifying details of Kim Kardashian’s burglary 24 hours later, the five assailants have still not been found. It’s been revealed Kim was alone lying in bed in just her robe at the No Address Hotel, when she heard footsteps stomping up her apartment steps. The Mom of two was ordered out of bed by the masked men and feared she was going to be raped and killed. Before she could finish dialing her bodyguard Pascal Duvier’s cell phone, they zip tied her hands with plastic handcuffs, duct taped her ankles, gagged her, and lifted her into the bathtub, all while being held at gunpoint. Kim reportedly cried and begged for her life, telling the men who only spoke French, to take whatever they wanted. Thankfully, Kim’s two children North and Saint were safe back in the US during the robbery. Kim was able to escape the scary 6 min heist unharmed and she has her close friend and stylist Simone Harouche to thank. Simone heard the scuffling upstairs in the apartment, locked herself in a bathroom, and texted Kim’s security guard and Kourtney Kardashian. Once the robbers left Kim was able to get free of her zip tied hands and run to Simone who went to get help. Kim’s bodyguard arrived back at the apartment two minutes after the robbers had left. The incident was just hours after Kim had Facetimed Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, wishing them a ‘Happy’ baby shower back in Los Angeles. Rob learned of the robbery during the shower and immediately called family members to make sure they were all ok. While everyone in the family IS ok, the situation is FAR from over. Kim does not blame her MIA bodyguard Pascal for the attack, and Paris police who are investigating believe the situation reeks of an inside job. They think Kim’s attackers may have known she would be alone in Kanye’s apartment from someone on her team or an employee at the hotel. They are investigating all the bodyguards Kim worked with that week in Paris and the hotel concierge because QUOTE, “They did some things that were so unprofessional it seemed like a show.” Paris police are still analyzing surveillance camera footage surrounding the hotel and checking phone records. There was only a small window that Kim was alone that night and the family believes the attackers knew exactly when to strike. A shaken Kim is still hiding out with Kanye in NYC and has not posted to social media. Kanye has rescheduled two upcoming Saint Pablo tours in order to be with Kim at this time.
