[KiniNews] Former finance minister Daim Zainuddin said that he was a successful businessperson with assets and properties acquired through legitimate business activities before he became involved in politics.
Daim also said that if he had remained in business, the value of his liquid asset ownership alone would be more than RM50 billion.
Meanwhile in a separate development, three individuals linked to Perikatan Nasional have given their statements to the police over allegations of their involvement in the purported Dubai Move.
