#KiniNews: GISBH CEO, top leaders arrested; Saifuddin hits out at PN over MOU draft

[KiniNews] Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings (GISBH) CEO Nasiruddin Mohd Ali and his wife are among 19 individuals remanded for seven days starting today.

They are currently being held at the Shah Alam district police headquarters.

Earlier, Inspector-General of Police Razarudin Husain said the 19 were arrested in a joint operation between Bukit Aman’s D8 Division and the Criminal Investigation Department at four residential units in Tower A, Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi, Bukit Bintang, at 5.40am.

Meanwhile, in a separate story, Pakatan Harapan secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution Ismail criticised the opposition for rejecting the government’s proposed deal on equal funding via media instead of negotiating for better terms.

He recalled the previous negotiations under former prime minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob, explaining that both sides engaged in a structured process involving multiple rounds of discussions.
