[KiniNews] The family of Kee Kok Thiam, an alleged associate of Low Taek Jho (Jho Low), has urged the public not to speculate about his death.

The legal firm representing his family said Kee died on May 29, 2023, in a hospital of a sudden massive stroke.

This came following media articles on Kee’s passing away and the circumstances.

The firm urged all parties not to entertain any speculation on this unfortunate event and allow the family the space to grieve his passing.

Meanwhile, in a separate story, Bradley Hope, the co-author of a best-selling book on the 1MDB scandal, has dismissed the idea that Jho Low is in Macau.

He said they believed Low was under house arrest in Shanghai and alleged that China is holding him on a tight leash because of negotiations with Malaysia.
