#KiniNews: Najib said to have ‘ultimate power’ in 1MDB, Rosmah seeks to recuse judge

[KiniNews] A former 1MDB chief financial officer (CFO) testified that he followed Low Taek Jho's instructions as Najib Abdul Razak was the "ultimate power" over the sovereign wealth fund.

Azmi Tahir delivered this testimony during today’s RM2.28 billion corruption trial against the former prime minister before the Kuala Lumpur High Court.

Meanwhile, in a separate development, Rosmah Mansor is seeking to recuse judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan from hearing her RM7 million money laundering and tax evasion case.

Through an application filed in the High Court in Kuala Lumpur on Nov 2, the wife of former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak claimed there is a risk of the judge being prejudiced and biased against her.
