Umno could be 'buried' in the 16th general election, as the majority of its members and supporters reject the party's cooperation with DAP.
According to PAS spiritual leader Hashim Jasin, Umno still has the chance to salvage the situation by working with the Islamist party or Perikatan Nasional in the name of the unity of the ummah.
Meanwhile Umno supreme council member Ahmad Maslan said, Umno will only be 'buried' if it works with PAS especially in Kelantan, Kedah, and Terengganu.
