Manaweblife did not give them the “Best Roti Canai” title. In fact it is on their signage, plus as written in Foodadvisor.my and Tripadvisor. So here you have it, a small stall at Jalan Semarak, KL, that has been around for 35 years and named after the owner’s son, Valentine. That’s the charm of KL! Unexpected and inviting for all to discover with Manaweblife. This place opens six days except Sunday from 6pm till 3 am and the crowd is a mixed spectrum from all over. They come in big cars, big bikes, by walking just to get this multi-variety roti canai (or pancake) specialty that utilises their home-made fresh dough. The menu itself would take a few digesting minutes to read. It shows over 23 types of crispy, fluffy roti: from the plain roti canai, to roti planta, roti telur and roti sardin. Then there are the long list under roti bakar, roti arab, chapati, thosai and naan. You will have to stay the whole day to try all !
No.1, Jalan Semarak, 54000 Kuala Lumpur.
