Kuala Lumpur Mayor Amin Nordin Abdul Aziz today said that City Hall (DBKL) enforcers on duty will not be cowed by a rise of viral videos which often cast a negative light on their purported confrontations with the public.
"They (enforcement officers) have nothing to fear because they will never take any actions while alone.
"Our enforcement officers will move in a team of at least two people, so there will always be a witness (to any viral incident)," Amin Nordin told a press conference at the DBKL Training Institute in Cheras.
Amin Nordin said this when asked for comments on whether the recent trend of viral videos involving confrontations between the public and law enforcers have posed a new challenge for DBKL.
