Kristen Stewart's goin' glam, ya'll. What's up people, Happy Wednesday! Now can we just take a moment to marvel at how absolutely stunning Kristen Stewart is looking in this behind the scenes look at her very first Chanel ad? Yes, it was announced back in December of last year that the Twilight star would be the brand new face of the fashion power house, and now we're getting our very first look at her work.
A behind the scenes video has just been released and it truly gives a beginning-to-end look into what goes on at a major fashion shoot such as this one. We see Kristen arrive at the shoot in Paris -- dodging paparazzi, naturally -- while she's in her regular ol' clothes: a hoodie, sunglasses, and jeans. Then we see a true transformation take place.
The hoodie comes off and Kristen gets some serious make up done where she is rocking bold brows that are ever so popular as of late. Then comes the hair -- where Kristen gets cornrowed up. As she gets her hair and makeup done, she has a quick chat with Karl Lagerfeld -- aka the man behind Chanel. No big deal or anything. In fact, Karl is even the man behind the camera for this particular shoot. Let's take another look.
How adorable is that hug Karl and Kristen end off with?! The pieces Kristen was seen modeling were very Texan-inspired, and she spoke about the collectiion in a press release saying: "This suits me because it is very American. Everything today was like breathing, it was so easy. Karl knew as soon as he saw what he wanted, it was like 'done!' It was effortless and he's awesome and so sweet." Looks like they make a great team.
