King Kylie is out to take the beauty world by storm by expanding her already mega-popular cosmetics empire. Today’s episode of Clevver Newsfeed is brought to you by T-Mobile, the un-carrier.
Just a few months after her lip kit release crashed the web, Kylie Jenner’s name can be found on a new product we’ll all be fighting to get our hands on
We should have suspected something big was coming when Kylie changed the name of her website from Kylie Lip Kit to Kylie Cosmetics, and she’s definitely not wasting any times, now announcing her name will be found on a must-have collection of nail polish, as part of a collaboration with Sinful Colors. WWD announced Kylie’s collab with the nail polish brand, which will be called King Kylie SinfulShine. They’ve also let us all know that we won’t have to wait long for the first limited edition collection of shades to be released. In early March, we can all run out to purchase 20 different colors of Ky’s exclusive collection, and then two more collections will be released in April and then again in May.
It’s no surprise that Kylie has chosen nail polish as her next beauty endeavor. If you follow her on Insta, you know she’s always perfectly manicured and nail trends are something that just come naturally to her. Kylie told WWD that she was super involved when it came to selecting shades and names of each nail polish in her collection, saying QUOTE “I wanted to do something innovative and accessible for my young fans… The colors are great for all skin tones, too.”
The brand is also looking forward to having Kylie part of their team, stating QUOTE “We think that this collaboration will energize the nail category by driving millennial traffic to the store.” Yep, we’re definitely seeing dollar signs and according to WWD, industry sources have estimated that Kylie could help earn Sinful Colors around 15 million dollars. She’s kind of a big deal in the beauty world… in case you didn’t know.
