Kylie Jenner Finally Reveals WHY She Got Lip Fillers & Admits Kris "Terrifies" Her

20-year-old Kylie Jenner has been in the spotlight since she was 10 years old when Keeping up with the Kardashians first aired. We have seen her go from a curios and adorable pre-teen to a headstrong young woman who has created a million dollar company in Kylie Cosmetics.
It’s safe to say that although she is the youngest, Kylie is one of the most talked about among her sisters. From her lip kits and colorful wigs to all the plastic surgery rumors, it’s difficult to go more than one day without seeing her name in a headline.
She has been hard at work proving that she is more than just her last name, especially since she got her own spin-off reality show, Life of Kylie, that aired in August.
While she has always been a part of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kylie is now center stage and letting everyone know who she really is, and she isn’t shying away from anything. Who could forget when Kylie debuted her new lips and everyone began to investigate whether she actually got lip fillers or not? She has since come clean about the fillers, but she just opened up about the reasoning behind the decision for the first time. On last night’s episode of Life of Kylie, the starlet opens up to her therapist saying that after she had her first kiss, the guy commented on how small her lips were. Kylie said “I was 15 and I was insecure about my lips….. I took that really hard. When a guy you like says that, I don't know it just really affected me. I just didn't feel desirable or pretty. I really wanted bigger lips. I ended up getting my lips done."
Being criticized about how you look is never a good feeling, especially when it comes from someone you trusted. We’ve all had times where we wished we could change something about ourselves, but Kylie just happened to have millions of people watching her every move.
And that’s not all she revealed on the show. When Kylie wanted to change her travel plans, she wanted her assistant Victoria Villarroel to ask her momager Kris if it was okay. While that is definitely something that an assistant would do, Kylie actually said that she was scared. We’re sure growing up with Kris Jenner as a mom was just as much fun as it was hard, but Kylie said “I was scared of my mom growing up. She was really scary. She still is scary but now we have more of a friendship.”
So there you have it! Watching Life of Kylie has definitely helped us see the youngest Jenner in a new light and we’re sure we’ll learn even more if it gets picked up for a second season.
