Star TV's Tina Loh took a flight to Kuching to find out more about Sarawak's famous layer cake, Kek Lapis with baker, Julia Biting, who told us that patience is of utmost importance when making kek lapis as it requires constant monitoring and re-layering that can take up to an hour or more.
