The Malaysia Gao Feng Lion and Dragon Dance Athletic Association founder Yong Kheng Chien stepped forward last week to give a press conference addressing false claims that his troupe "refused" to dance for Prime Minister Najib Razak.
This was in the wake of a video originally recorded by KiniTV showing the "lions" kneeling before Prime Minister Najib during the Chinese New Year Celebration by Gerakan. The video was taken out of context and widely circulated online saying that the "lions" refused to dance for Najib.
