Suasa Airlines, which claimed to operate Monspace Sky Airlines, only received an Air Operator’s Certificate from the Department of Civil Aviation which does not allow them to operate as commercial flights, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai after officiating the ICAO-WCO Conference on Tuesday.
