The ladies of Little Mix give us a music video preview for “Shout Out To My Ex”, plus they defend those racy X-Factor outfits...
Little Mix is back in full force with their single “Shout Out to My Ex”, and they’re graciously giving us a sneak peak of the video...
The music video for “Shout Out to My Ex” comes out tomorrow, but the girls just couldn’t wait to give fans a little taste of what to expect from their latest girl-power anthem. Check it out…
Is it me or do those girls just look like they’re having fun 100% of the time. Well, maybe not exactly 100%...the ladies went on the UK show ‘This Morning’ to discuss the backlash they got from their sexy X-Factor performance costumes, after critics took to twitter saying things like QUOTE, “Yep Little Mix might as well be strippers”. On the show, Jade brought up the point that there’s a harsh double standard when it comes to what’s considered “too sexy” in the music industry. She explained QUOTE, “'It’s a bit double standards, you always see lads with their tops off and everyone congratulates them and woos them, and we get a bit of thigh out and it’s a bit of an issue!” We couldn’t agree more with her. And rather than let the haters get them down, Jade finished off by saying QUOTE, “We were really comfortable in our outfits and we loved what we wore, so that’s all that matters.” #PreachGirlPreach
We’re definitely with the girls on this one, because while the outfits WERE super sexy, they weren’t any sexier than what we’ve seen from other performers this year like Beyonce, Fifth Harmony, or Rihanna. Plus, they looked and felt absolutely amazing in those outfits, which is how everyone should look and feel when giving a shout out to their ex, right?!
Okay so now I wanna know what you guys think of the “Shout Out to My Ex” sneak preview, and how do you feel about the girls having to defend those X-Factor costumes? Let me hear your thoughts in the comments below, and after that click right here to check out some epic Throwback Hairstyles.
