The second wave of Covid-19 outbreak broke out in Malaysia in late February. The Malaysian government announced a 14-day Movement Control Order (MCO) that was enforced on 18 March 2020. The MCO was later extended to 14 April 2020. Both the police and the army forces were tasked to ensure the enforcement of the MCO.
