What’s up guys, it’s Sussan Mourad back here on Clevver News, and I just…. I have no words, and I really don’t know how I’m going to tell you what I’m about to attempt to tell you.
We all know that Lizzo tells it like it is. Lizzo holds nothing back, and if you’ve wondered what interviewing Lizzo is like, well, just know that when she calls you ‘that’ ‘bitch’, she means it in the sincerest way.
Now that we got that out of the way, Lizzo sat down with Cosmopolitan, and boy were they in for the biggest treat of their life. She went into detail about how each of her songs off Cuz I Love You is a personal anthem and that she couldn’t be more content with being single. She said QUOTE, “I’m finally free of the evil Gemini I had in my life. I’m really just actually happy and single. You know when people are single, but they’re still kind of grieving over it and they’re still kind of sad? I’m at the celebratory phase, like everything is a toast, everything is let’s go, girl. I’m really living in my full zhuzh. My full juice.” That’s right -- swerve, Geminis.
Lizzo is clearly living a glass of “juice” half full kinda life, so much so, that’s she’s also about to star alongside A-Lister goddesses like J.Lo, Cardi B, Lili Reinhart and Constance Wu in a new movie called Hustlers.
She admitted that her role as a flute-playing stripper was “kinda made for her” and I have many questions, but I guess I’ll save them for the film’s release.
What I have NO questions or words about was Lizzo’s response to whether or not she watches The Bachelorette… things escalated rather quickly after she admitted she’d 100% be THE Bachelorette… but on one INSANE condition…
You still with me? That wasn’t the worst of it… she then went on to add that she would make it mandatory for at least one of her suitors to… uhm…. Let’s call it ‘taste the rainbow’ shall we?
Yes, so a suitor would have to taste her rainbow and it would have to be filmed. Oh but don’t worry, because she gives full permission for it to be blurred.
She just wants the people to know, ya know? Ok honestly I don’t even know what the heck I just reported on, but I think I need a glass of water and to lie down and process this.
Regardless, Lizzo is a freaking queen and I can’t wait to see what’s in store.
