Logan Paul Fan ARRESTED After JUMPING GATE to His Home

A fan was arrested outside Logan Paul’s Los Angeles house earlier this week after he jumped the gate with an underage female and allegedly put his hands on a security guard who confronted him. Police officers were then called to the scene and the man was put under arrest for battery.
When authorities arrived, back by a LAPD helicopter, they found a black SUV, allegedly belonging to the suspect, covered in graffiti parked outside the YouTuber’s home. “Vlog on YouTube” was written on one side of the vehicle and “Paul FP” was painted on the other.
The man was taken to the police station where he was booked for misdemeanor battery. The underage female was released without any legal action taken against her.
Back in February, the controversial Internet sensation was forced to make a citizen's arrest after he walked into his home and found a strange man sitting on the couch charging his phone. The stranger reportedly knew exactly what he was doing, as he’s a fan and wanted to meet Logan. If you’re not familiar, a citizen’s arrest is QUOTE “an arrest made by a person who is not acting as a sworn law-enforcement official.”
Basically, if someone has a justifiable reason to detain a criminal until actual police officers can arrive on the scene, he or she can do so legally. And I’d say finding a random person sitting on your couch is definitely a justifiable reason.
Logan was arrested himself in October 2017 for flying a drone of the Colosseum in Rome, Italy, which is apparently illegal. Authorities confiscated his camera and took him to the station for questioning, but he was eventually released and was able to get back to his shenanigans.
Logan does a lot of crazy things, but it’s still super scary to have a stranger jump your fence and try to meet you. Do you think the fan deserved to be arrested?
