DAP Secretary-General Anthony Loke has dismissed Muhyiddin Yassin's claim that a DAP minister approached him during his tenure as Home Minister to settle the Jill Ireland case out of court.

Loke called Muhyiddin's action of linking DAP to the issue unfair and clarified the decision was made by the cabinet, not at DAP's request.
