Ahli Majlis Kerja Tertinggi (MKT) UMNO, Datuk Lokman Noor Adam mengaku tidak bersalah di Mahkamah Majistret Shah Alam,pada Selasa, 15 Oktober atas pertuduhan membuat kenyataan mengapi-apikan orang awam untuk melakukan sesuatu kesalahan terhadap orang awam lain, dua bulan lalu.
