Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) will still function as normal while they appeal the Registrar of Societies’ (ROS) decision to dissolve the party temporarily, said party chairperson Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
This contention over the terms ‘bubar’ and ‘batal’ arises from the ROS letter notifying Bersatu of their temporary dissolution, he said.
There are also many other legal irregularities with the notice sent by ROS, Mahathir claimed.
