Former Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad today,said Malaysia was not too smart when it came to signing agreements with foreign powers.

In his speech at the launch of an anti-TPPA book, he cited the contracts signed by the Malay rulers to hand over control of their states to the British 'for as long as there is the Moon and the stars'.
