Also known as UFO cake, Pinjaram is a famous traditional snack of Bajau and Bruneian Malay people in Sabah, Malaysia. Normally it comes with green (pandan) and brown (brown sugar) flavours. The taste is sweet with chewy texture, going great with coffee.
