Bersih 2.0 chairperson Maria Chin Abdullah is free of her charge under the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012 for organising Bersih 4 rally in 2015.
This follows a five-member bench led by Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Justice Richard Malanjum unanimously dismissing the appeal by the prosecution on the issue of jurisdiction.
