Responding to former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who ridiculed his return to Umno, former Selangor menteri besar Muhammad Muhammad Taib or Mat Taib recalled how he was commended when he was with Mahathir.
Mat Taib said he didn't want to fight with Mahathir as he had appointed him as menteri besar before, but it was a choice of between him and the Malays.
