Mavcom: Rayani Air received highest number of complaints

The Malaysian Aviation Commission has released its inaugural Consumer Report.
A total 1,639 complaints were received from March 2016 to February 2017.
According to Mavcom, 95% of the complaints were managed, resolved and closed.
The highest number of complaints were on Rayani Air with regards to refunds.
AirAsia and Malaysia Airlines received the second and third highest number,
of complaints, regarding refunds and mishandled baggage respectively.
Malindo Air received the highest number of complaints per passenger carried,
20 complaints for every 1 million passengers carried by Malindo Air.
