The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has formed a cybercrime working committee together with the police to investigate the viral sex video implicating a minister and a deputy minister's aide.
Chairman Al-Ishsal Ishak on Friday said the investigation was a top priority.
