Meek Mill is straight-up denying engagement rumors to Nicki Minaj – the story is up next!
Wait, whhhhat?! We definitely all believed the news that these two lovers promised themselves to each other back in April when Nicki Instagrammed a photo of a shiny new yellow diamond sparkler on her left ring finger – especially since there were some emojis that people generally connect to engagement and marriage. Anyways, Meek – the man in question – told Fader magazine QOUTE “It’s definitely real. But it ain’t really time to get married yet. We’re still learning each other, feeling each other out,” adding that even his grandma thought he got engaged to Nicki after reports. But he adamantly said QUOTE “I ain’t engaged.” This is all very confusing, right?? Keep in mind that this interview – conducted by rapper T.I. interestingly! – went down in mid-April… and THAT is when the “engagement” happened: mid-April. So perhaps this interview happened RIGHT BEFORE the big night out that Nicki and Meek were tweeting each other about. I mean, look at these tweets from then – it’s not crazy to believe that they got engaged, right?? In fact, since the article hit the public, Nicki tweeted out that she guessed they didn’t fact check it. Alright, so that’s the latest in the world of Hollywood love!
