Chasing a Plate is in Mexico City! Want to know where the best tacos Mexico City are? Watch this video!

We attempt to find the best tacos in Mexico City! Armed with some tips from locals and research we taco crawl our way around Mexico City. Here's where we visited:

1. Rica's Carnitas for tacos de carnitas, 14 pesos each.
Location: corner of Av. Insugentes Sur and Calle Queretaro in Roma Norte. Not far from Mercado Roma.

2. El Pescadito for Ta-cotote and Que-sotote, 35 pesos each.
Location: Calle Atlixco 38, Cuauhtémoc, Condesa (other locations around the city too).

3. Los Parados for al carbon or grilled meat tacos, 33 pesos
Location: Monterrey 333, Roma Sur, 06760 Cuauhtémoc

4. El Vilsito for al pastor tacos, 16 pesos
Location: Avenida Universidad, Narvarte Poniente

5. El Patan for grilled fish tacos, 20 pesos (fish tacos available only on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays).
Location: 3ª Calle República de Bolivia 75, Centro Histórico, Centro
