Barisan Nasional (BN) Perak mengambil keputusan untuk meminda tarikh pengumuman calon bagi parti itu dari 5 April kepada 7 April ini.

Menteri Besar Perak, Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad berkata, pindaan tarikh tersebut dibuat susulan Sambutan Rumah Terbuka Aidilfitri Madani yang akan berlangsung di Melaka.

Menurutnya, setakat ini calon yang akan mewakili parti tersebut hanya diketahui oleh Pengerusi BN yang juga Presiden UMNO, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. - MGPerak
