After almost three years of hunting for the missing MH370 aircraft, investigators conclude the search was in the wrong area and recommend it be extended to an area further north in the Indian Ocean.
Meanwhile, Malaysia's Transport Minister, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai gave assurance the government had not abandoned the hope of finding the plane and will see how the latest findings can assist in identifying the aircraft's specific location.
