Miley Cyrus straight-up slams any and all rumors that her hospital stay was for a drug overdose. Welcome back.

As you know, she had to postpone and cancel a lot of dates on her North American tour thanks to an allergic reaction to some antibiotics. During her hospital stay, though, the tabloids kinda went a little crazy on the rumors-front, saying it was an overdose to drugs or, even worse, a few sources even claimed it was a heart attack! Anyway, Miley cleared up all rumors in a statement to People.com.

All's I can really say is that I'm glad Miley is back to what she does best and you know I can't wait to see all the pics from the rest of her Euro Tour. So how do you feel about all those crazy tabloid rumors?
