Miley Cyrus is partying it up in Miami for the Art Basel festival, and was seen wearing a very demure, matronly outfit while out and about on Wednesday night.
Just kiddinggggg, she was wearing on the craziest outfits we’ve ever seen – and Clevver News has got your breakdown.
Yes, MC was seen wearing an ensemble that consisted of silver, sparkly, skin tight leggings, disco ball pasties, ribbons suspenders, and a silver tinsel wig. We’re getting Rick James vibes from that thing!
And actually going back to the suspenders for a second – upon closer inspection, you’ll see that it’s actually a suspender slash thong contraption. Gotta love Miley – she’s such an innovator!
However, throughout the evening’s festivities, Miley did cover up a bit, putting on a black bra and cutoff jean shorts along with a mesh tank top. MC took to Instagram to share a photo of her later-in-the-evening-outfit saying: “You know the nights been a good one when you stole a shirt from a stripper.”Sure Miley, whatever you say!
So, you’re probably wondering why exactly Miley was seen rocking this ensemble? Not that she would ever really need an excuse to wear something like this – she’s just being Miley! Well, she performed at V magazine, Tommy Hilfiger and art dealer Jeffrey Deitch's Art Basel Miami Beach Opening Night Party held at the Raleigh Hotel in South Beach.
According to E! Online, she was drinking and smoking weed on stage, and joked: "Usually I don't smoke weed and drink—well that's a lie...usually I don't smoke weed and drink on show days, but I felt like it was fine in Miami."
And since Art Basel is an esteemed art fest, Miley also joked to the crowd: "You thought this [Art Basel] was a respected place where you could escape me!"
Also on hand during the party was Miley’s new beau Patrick Schwarzenegger, who seemed to be completely unfazed by Miley’s antics. That’s how you know it’s true love!
