After attending the SME Solutions Expo in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, Second International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Ong Ka Chuan explained about the drop in Malaysia's ranking to No.25 in the WEF Global Competitiveness Report 2016-17.
