During the debate on National Land Code (Amendment) Bill 2016 in Parliament on Wednesday, Natural Resources and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said that the moratorium on bauxite mining in Kuantan may be extended as more time is needed to draw the proper standard operating procedures.
