Tanah Merah MP Ikmal Hisham Abdul Aziz had reiterated his denial on vaping in the Dewan Rakyat.
Ikmal cited a letter from the Speaker which said that no action will be taken against him as there was no proof and questioned if CCTV visual had been reviewed or if the photographer who took the picture had been called up.
He added that his image had been tarnished by the claims and said that outsiders should be reminded to not viral any unclarified claims.
