立法會昨在45票贊成、兩票反對下三讀通過強積金修訂條例草案，引入俗稱「懶人基金」的預設投資策略（Default Investment Strategy，簡稱DIS），基金每年收取管理費上限為0.75%，雜費上限0.2%，換言之，總收費不能高於0.95%。財經事務及庫務局局長陳家強形容，今次是強積金法例一次重大改革，但引入雜費上限後，條例生效日期需由原定今年底推遲至明年上半年。
