Home Affairs Minister Muhyiddin Yassin hopes the impasse over the appointment of a new attorney-general will not drag on for too long.
“I hope that this matter will be resolved with the wisdom from both sides, that is the prime minister and the government as well as the palace.
“Based on consideration and wisdom and following the provisions in the constitution, I do not think this will become an unsolvable issue which will drag on,” he told a press conference at Bukit Aman today.
