My US$40 A Night Airbnb Apartment In Pattaya - The BASE condo apartments. The price included the service fee for my 3 night Airbnb stay. Awesome facilities including 2 swimming pools and gym. The only downside was the lack of kettle, cutlery and crockery in the room as well as the lack of decorations within the apartment and no cable tv.
